1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services, products, or website provided by Galaxyium (operated by Kunwar Yuvraj Durgesh, GST Registration No. 07CVJPD9115R1ZZ, registered at Flat No. 403, Saraswati Apartment, Vipin Garden Extension, New Delhi – 110059, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Our Services

Galaxyium provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, AI-integrated software solutions, enterprise consulting, and custom software development services. Our current products include School ERP, Space Drishti, and Zylos-AI. All digital products and services are provided on an as-is basis unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration or purchase.
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell any Galaxyium product or service.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not misuse our services to harm, harass, or defraud others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, products, software, trademarks, logos, and designs associated with Galaxyium are the exclusive intellectual property of Kunwar Yuvraj Durgesh / Galaxyium. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Galaxyium intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports domestic and international payment methods including cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms as well as our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Galaxyium does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxyium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
